Required- 1) New Composite Terrorist Policy
2) Line of Command should be clear
3)Modernisation of Police, Paramilitary, NSG & others engaged in operations
4) Policy for Media persons in such times like Do's & Dont's during such times. Death of Sh. Hemant Karkare can be attributed to media showing live videos of operations
5) India should ally with USA and UK to either arrest Dawood, Azhar Masood & others or neutralize them.
6) Unified political will.
7)Upgrade Intelligence
8) There should be code of conduct for the politicians also like government servants.
Really surprising that no Arab countries is putting pressure on pak to stop nefarious activities and height is that largest democracy is depending on USA to fight our war against Pak.
